When will my order ship?
Most items are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships. Shipping time begins after production is complete.
Why does my order ship separately?
Some products may be made or fulfilled by different production partners. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because items are made to order, cancellations or changes can only be requested shortly after purchase. Once your order has entered production, we may not be able to cancel or edit it.
Do you accept returns?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the wrong item. Please review size charts and product details before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the problem and help with a replacement or resolution when applicable.
Do colors look exactly like the photos?
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, monitor differences, lighting, and production methods.
