All Bow & Bloom Book Club products are made to order.
Processing Time

Shipping Time
Estimated shipping times vary based on your location, shipping carrier, and the product ordered. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout when available.

Multiple Packages
If you order more than one item, your order may ship in separate packages. This can happen when items are made by different production partners or ship from different facilities.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Bow & Bloom Book Club is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped, tracking and delivery are handled by the carrier. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we will help you review the tracking information.
International Shipping
If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges required by their country.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Because our products are made to order, all sales are final once an item has entered production.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- ordering the wrong size
- ordering the wrong color
- buyer’s remorse
- changing your mind
- incorrect shipping address
- minor color differences due to screen settings
- delays caused by shipping carriers
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address].
Please include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the item
- clear photos of the packaging, if damaged
After reviewing the issue, we will let you know if a replacement or other resolution is available.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not entered production. Because items are made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests.
Size Exchanges
We do not offer size exchanges because each product is made specifically for your order. Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing.
Refunds
Refunds are only considered for qualifying damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
